Autumnal cookies

Oon tehnyt näitä omenakanelikaurakeksejä nyt kolmesti, ensin töihin, sitten kun olin kotikotona käymässä, ja nyt näitä kuvia varten. Niin helppoja, nopeita, hyviä, syksysiä ja aineetkin löytyy valmiiksi kaapista. Reseptin löysin jostain netistä, mutta muokkasin vähän omaan makuun sopivammaksi. Tällä reseptillä tuli n. 25 keksiä.

I've made these apple-cinnamon-oat-cookies for three times now, first to work, then when I was visiting back home, and now for these photos. So quick, easy, tasty, autumnal, and the ingredients you probably already have at home. I found the recipe somewhere online, and adjusted it a little. This recipe makes around 25 cookies.

100 g sulatettua voita, 2 dl raastettua omenaa, 2 dl kaurahiutaleita, 2 dl vehnäjauhoja, 1,5 dl sokeria, 1,5 tl kanelia, 0,5 tl leivinjauhetta

Sekoita kaikki ainekset tasaiseksi massaksi ja nostele uunipellille ruokalusikallisen kokoisia nokareita ja muotoile ne littanoiksi. Paista 200℃ n. 10-15 minuuttia.

100 g melted butter, 2 dl grated apples, 2 dl oats, 2 dl flour, 1,5 dl sugar, 1,5 tsp cinnamon, 0,5 tsp baking powder

Combine all the ingredients into a even paste, and put as knobs size of a tablespoon onto a baking tray, and shape into flat cookies. Bake in 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.
