Feels like a holiday

Tein taas vähän löytöjä omasta vaatekaapista. Vaikkei mulla mitään älyttömiä määriä vaatteita ookkaan, silti niitä välillä unohtuu käyttää. Tätä paitaa en ollutkaan vielä käyttänyt tänä kesänä, Kun tän olemassaolon muistin, piti se heti laittaa päälle, että tulee sillekin käyttöä, sitä kun ei ehkä oikein voi käyttää kun kesällä. Sama juttu noilla sandaaleilla. Ne on ollu kyllä ihan lempparikengät tällä viikolla, harmi etten muistanu niitä aiemmin, sandaalikelit kun taitaa alkaa käydä jo vähiin. Housuista en voi kertoo samaa, ne on mulla päällä vähintään joka toinen päivä. 

I made some finds from my own closet. Even though I don't have an insane amount of clothes, yet I still forget to use some of those. I hadn't used this top yet in this summer, so I had to put it on right away when I remembered it's existence, since summer is pretty much the only time when it can be worn. Same goes with the sandals. Those have been my favourite shoes this week, too bad I didn't remember those earlier, since sandal weathers are starting to run low. Can't tell the same thing about those trousers, I've been wearing them at least every other day.

Tuli muuten ihan etelänloma-fiilis tästä asusta, pusero ja kengät kun on molemmat ostettu kesäisiltä reissuilta ulkomailta. Paidan löysin vuosi sitten Milanosta. Muistaakseni en edes jaksanut sovittaa sitä siellä kaupassa, ostin vaan kun oli niin kivan näkönen. Vähän jouduin noita olkaimia lyhentämään, ne oli ihan liian pitkät säätömahdollisuudesta huolimatta. Tosta pitsistä en oo vieläkään ihan varma, josko se pitäis ottaa pois, se kun on aika tiukka. Kengät taas on Nizzasta vuodelta 2010. Vieläkin vähän harmittaa etten ostanu samoja myös mustana, on ne sen verran kivat, eikä se 15€ hintakaan ollu paha nahkasista sandaaleista. No hyvin noikin on riittäny, enpä oo noitakaan liikaa käyttäny.

This outfit made me feel like a summer holiday in the south, since the top and the sandals were bought on summery trips abroad. That top I found in Milan last year. Can't even remenber tryin it on at the shop, I just bought it since it looked nice. I had to shorten the shounder straps, because they were way too long, even though they are adjustable. I'm still not sure about that lace bit, if I should remove it, since it's a little tight. The shoes I bought in Nice in 2010. I'm still kinda regretting that I didn't buy the same ones in black, those are so nice, and the 15€ price was not bad for a pair of leather sandals. Guess the one pair was enough, since I haven't worn them too much.

/ Reorganizing some shelves. / Well it wasn't a very dry month this July. /  This big tub was in sale for 16€, and I had 5€ member's bonus, so I paid 11€ for it. Quite a nice price, since the smaller ones are normally almost twenty euros. /

Once in a summer

Suomen kesä on lyhyt ja kylmä. Siihen mahtuu vaan kourallinen niitä päiviä, jolloin tarkenee ilman takkia ja pitkiä housuja. Silloinkin kun niitä päiviä kohdalle sattuu, on mun päällä yleensä farkkushortsit ja perus t-paita, mekkoa ei melkein ikinä, ellei tiedossa ole hienompia juhlia. Maanantaina oli kuitenkin yksi niistä harvoista kerroista, kun mekko pääty päälle ihan tavallisena päivänä. Pitihän se tietysti ikuistaa muutamaan kuvaan, tiedä vaikka tälläinen ihme sattuis seuraavan kerran vasta ens kesänä :D

The Finnish summer is short and cold. There's only a handful of days, when you can go without wearing a jacket and full length trousers. And then when those days happen, I usually have on denim shorts and a basic t-shirt, barely ever a dress, unless I'm going to a fancy party. Monday was one of those rare times, when I ended up wearing a dress on a normal day. Of course I had to take couple of photos, god knows if it's before next summer when this miracle happens next time :D
